SHIPPING POLICY

Lumera Home currently offers free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Address Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact Lumera Home with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.

Lumera Home is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during checkout.
